DELIVERY TERMS
We strive to deliver your parcels in the shortest time possible.
Change of Shipping address
Please ensure that you key in the correct shipping address before you place your order to avoid delays in delivery.
Multiple Address Delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to multiple addresses. We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you’d like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
Delivery Policy
At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for received products.
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. Any special packaging requested by customer is subject to additional charges.

$15 within Australia and RM10 within Malaysia

Tracking of Order
All orders come with tracking numbers; the only exclusion is E-gift card. We will be sending your tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the courier company to update your tracking status.
