We are happy to accept a return of your item(s) within 14 days of the date on your invoice. All item(s) must be returned in a saleable condition, unworn and with the original tags attached in the packaging.
Please contact us via marketing@hatch-aus.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel before sending back the item(s) otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue an exchange. We will require your name, order number and original invoice from Hatch Australia. We will not accept any return or exchange without the original invoice or proof of payment.
Return orders need to be sent within 10 business days from the date you have lodged your return request. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. Hatch Australia has the right to reject your return if the return takes more than 10 business days without prior notification.
You are advised to use a reliable courier service to return the item(s) to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange via email.
We will try our best to provide you with the correct size or replacement of product however, if your preferred size or colour is out of stock, we will be happy to exchange for another item or issue an e-store credit equivalent to the value of the product excluding shipping fee. There shall be no cash refund under any circumstances.
All products under sale are FINAL, so please choose your item(s) carefully as no exchanges or e-store credits will be given. If there is faulty from the production on the sale items, please contact us via email with a proof of picture; we will reply the email within 3 business days and you will be given the choice to return and exchange your item or to receive an e-store credit.
E-Store Credit:
Once we have successfully received your item(s), we will issue an e-store credit via email.
You can then use this credit to re-purchase in a new size or colour that you desire on our website.
This code must then be applied at the checkout and the value of the card will be applied to your order. Please ensure this is applied before proceeding to confirm the order.
