How much is shipping within Australia?
Each order is charged at a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping within Australia.

How much is shipping within Malaysia?
Each order is charged at a flat rate of RM10.00 for standard shipping within Malaysia.

How long does shipping take?
2-5 business days.

How long will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 business days for Hatch team to process your order before shipment. We will dispatch pre-order pieces together with ready to ship pieces in one shipment. If you do not want to wait for pre-orders pieces, please place a separate order.

How can I track my order?
All orders come with tracking numbers, the only exclusion is E-gift card. We will be sending your tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the courier company to update your tracking status.

How do I register on Hatch Australia website?
It’s easy! Just click My Account on the top bar of our website and select Register. You will be redirected to an online registration form. Fill in your email address and proceed to register your account. Make sure your details are correct to avoid delays in delivery.

I forgot my password, what can I do?
Don’t worry, we can help you! Click on the Forgot Your Password link in the Log In page. You will be directed to the password retrieval page. Enter your e-mail address and you will receive a temporary password via. Once you have successfully accessed your account, remember to update your password. We strongly recommend that you change it as soon as possible.

How do I make an online purchase?
It’s really simple! You may make an online purchase either BEFORE or AFTER you have registered an online account on Hatch Australia website.

Follow these easy steps:
  1. Select your desired Hatch Australia product.
  2. Choose the correct size and quantity and click Add to Cart.
  3. Continue to browse other items and repeat step 1 and 2.
  4. Once you have finished selecting your products, simply complete your delivery details and proceed to payment.

How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you are unable to do so once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase. Please review your shopping cart carefully and modify your order before payment submission.

I have selected the wrong product. How do I make changes to my order?

What payment options do I have?
We currently accept payment via MasterCard and Visa Credit or Debit Card.
We also accept online payments via PayPal, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, AmOnline and MEPS/FPX (All banks including RHB and Bank Islam).
